We always try to process all orders placed before 3pm the same working day.
We use the most efficient and reliable postal services and courier’s to get your orders to you, such as Parcelforce, DPD and Business Post to be with you within 3-5 working days*.
If you would like your delivery quicker than this, then we can expedite your delivery* (1-2 working days for orders placed before 3pm otherwise 1 additional working day will apply) subject to an additional charge which can be selected at checkout.

- We cannot guarantee deliveries for Outer UK mainlands will be delivered within the same time frames.
- We are currently not able to ship to BFPO address.
- If items are sent via courier, goods will need to be signed for. To make this easier, please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for any goods.
- In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers or delivery methods.

Every week we process thousands of orders and although we hope there will not be many occasions, an item may need to be returned, we understand sometimes things do not go to plan. We have created this policy to make the process as easy as possible to return your goods to us.
30 Day Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received your goods. Your items must be returned in a saleable condition, with original packaging and we will refund the price of the item within 7 working days after the goods have been inspected and confirmed as appropriate for a refund with our team. If your item is returned to us not in the condition they were sent out, you may incur a fee, which would be taken off the final refund amount.
