Warranty Information – Renewed Devices

Each renewed device comes with a 12 month warranty covering technical defects and faults caused by improper workmanship only.

Your 12 month warranty does not cover,

  • Accidental damage
  • Damage to screens, facias or surroundings including fading and discolouration
  • Liquid or Water damage
  • Issues caused by third part software
  • Issues caused by unlocking a device
  • Any components added since the item was sold to you
  • Battery Health - Our phones are sent with a minimum battery health of 80% or above, we offer a 30 day warranty on batteries as they are a consumable product and can deteriorate over time.

PLEASE NOTE: Your warranty will be void and invalid if we find evidence the device has been opened up in any way that may affect of alter the device.

If returning your device please ensure the device is packaged correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by insecure packaging of the device.

To make a claim please email with your name, order details and full details of any issues.

We will only provide a free returns label once we have details of any faults.  If we find that the device has been warranty voided we will charge a return posting fee plus the cost of the free label provided.


What will we do?

When we receive your item it will be inspected and the issue will be diagnosed. If the problem isn't covered by the warranty, or if the warranty has been voided (for example if the item has been accidentally damaged) we will contact you to return the item.

If the problem is covered by the warranty, our technicians will attempt to fix the issue and return your item to a fully working condition. If we are unable to fix the issue, we will supply a replacement item of the same description. Your fixed or replacement item will be sent back to you within 3-5 working days of receiving the damaged item and will be sent by our chosen courier provider. 

In the event that we’re not able to fulfil either a replacement or repair, a refund will be processed.


30 Day money back guarantee

In the event you were not 100% satisfied with your device you can return it for a full refund at your own expense.  A full refund less any postage charges will be made within 7 days of the device being received and checked by our returns department.

Our guarantee covers devices that are in the same condition as they were sent to you in the first instance, if the device is deemed to have received damage or is cosmetically different to the original sale we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee.

Please note we track all IMEI’s of each sale when returning the device we will check that the device returned matches the device sold to you in the first instance.  Any device that is returned and found to be different to the device sold will be returned to you at your expense.

All accessories must be returned with your device, any missing accessories will be subject to a refund deduction of £20
